Pyramid Head
End of Blue Creek Apartments. His name, Red Pyramid Thing, is due to his headgear, a huge steel pyramid that covers his head entirely. He walks very slowly because of his weapon, a great and heavy knife that drags along. Ok, this time you have to do one thing: avoid him. This is a time battle, and the time changes depending on the difficulty level selected at the beginning. You have to wait a few minutes, anyway. Shooting is useless, he never dies and makes you slow, his knife is very dangerous since sometimes could kill you istantly. You have to wait that the water that floods the stairs drags away, and hear a siren sounding, so Pyramid Head will go away by himself... don’t follow him! The battle area is not so large, so be careful and stay away from him.

Pyramid Head – Chase
Hospital basement, with Maria. After a few steps, you’ll be able to see Pyramid Head behind you, trying to kill Maria, so you have to escape from him, running through the maze-room, reaching the elevator to finish the pursuit. That’s not so easy since the camera view is in front of James now, and you’ll not be able to see when you have to change direction. Just run. If you’re playing at the Very Difficult level, you have to shoot Pyramid Head too, since he’s faster and he will surely kill Maria if you don’t slow him down.






Flesh Lips
Hospital, after the cutscene with Laura. They’re deformed entities trapped into steel cages, similar to a bed, pending from the ceiling. They attack with their feets and the mouth, at the bottom of their bodies. You have to fight against many of them in a little and dark room, and trying to avoid them could be a serious problem. The best strategy is stay in a corner and shoot two times with the shotgun, then move to another corner and repeat the procedure, without getting closed by two of them. When killed, they will stop moving.






Abstract Daddy
End of the Labyrinth. Like the common Abstract Daddy (or Doorman), has a very deformed body, like a bed with two persons on it (this could be a reference to Angela’s situation). This time the creature is bigger and more dangerous, and the place is not so large. Equip the shotgun or the rifle, and shoot only one time to hit and stun him, then move away and shot again: you must be distant to avoid his attacks, he’s larger than you. When you kill him, a scene will occour.








Eddie Dombrowski
End of the Prison. This time the battle is more difficult since Eddie has a handgun. But here’s the strategy: in the first battle, run around him until he has to reload his gun, so stop running and shoot him with pistol or shotgun, then repeat untill he will walk away, changing room. The second time, try to be more stealth and reach his back, using the meat as a hiding place and protection from his bullets. Don’t run, just walk, you can use shotgun or hunting rifle, as you wish.









Pyramid Heads

Alternate LakeView Hotel, after the nine save points. This battle could cause some troubles since this time are two Pyramid Heads, using a spear. The strategy is not so different from the first one, just run and shoot, run and shoot and nothing else, using the rifle or shotgun. If you want to make this battle easier, you have to know that this is a time battle again, so you can just run and wait for their death without shooting. The place is quite large and it’s pretty easy to avoid them. Good Luck.







Mary
End of the Hotel. The last battle will be played in a very large and enlightened area, at the daylight, with a caged and bloody Mary. She has two attacks: if you get too close to her, she will try to suffocate you with her long tongue. If you’re far from her, then she will summon a storm of black butterflies: in that case, run away from them. Equip the rifle and shoot her from the distance, running away if she get too close to you.
